Privacy

Aerís Signature is a brand of Aerís Roasting Co. (Iroquois, South Dakota). This page covers the public website at aerissignature.com.

What we collect

• Orders & reserves — name, email, shipping details, and messages you send us (email, forms, phone).
• Payments — card data is handled by Stripe (or our processor). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5XHRVW3V9H) to understand page views, traffic sources, and shop interactions (e.g. viewing a lot, starting checkout, reserve form).
• Advertising (when enabled) — we may use Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags so we can measure and improve ads. Those partners may set cookies or similar IDs.
• Session replay — we use Microsoft Clarity to capture anonymized session recordings and heatmaps (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks) so we can find usability problems. Keystrokes and sensitive fields are masked by Clarity by default. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details.

Cookies

Analytics and ad tags use cookies or local storage. You can block them in your browser; the site still works for browsing. Essential site function (e.g. remembering a pack choice in-session) may use local storage on your device only.
